The procedure of pasting mainly consists of 5 steps.
1. Mixing Glue Using the UF resin for hot press and adding wheat flour into it. 2. Spreading Spreading the mixed glue on both sides of plywood by glue spreader. 3. Pre-pressing Using cold press for pre-press before hot press. Instead of cold press, stone, one unit of plywood or panels is also workable, just make sure the weight is enough. 4. Hot Press Putting panels which have been cold pressed into the multi cycle hot press machine. Short cycle press is unavailable in this process. 5. Edge Cutting Before edge cutting, the panels should be aired for 1-2 days after hot press.
